Decision First Technologies Brings the Power of SAP Analytics to Salesforce.com

DFT’s Salesforce Connect for SAP Analytics seamlessly integrates SAP BusinessObjects developed content within the Salesforce.com platform, allowing customers to mash-up, merge and view data from SAP Lumira®, SAP Crystal Reports®, SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio, SAP® BusinessObjects™ Web Intelligence® and more. Users can leverage a wide array of interactive charts and graphs and even link back to detailed records within Salesforce.com for real-time visibility.

With Salesforce Connect for SAP Analytics, customers can interact with SAP Analytics in several ways, including a standalone report within Salesforce, embedded reports within the Account, Opportunity or other standard pages or embedded ‘report parts’ such as charts, graphs and tag clouds. Salesforce Connect for SAP analytics allows companies to leverage the tools they already have to garner insights not currently available with standard Salesforce reporting.

When needing to consolidate multiple data sources outside of Salesforce.com such as payment history or marketing information, on premise or in the Cloud, Salesforce Connect for SAP Analytics easily presents that information within the Salesforce.com platform and in context to the Salesforce data being viewed. In addition, the data can be accessed without additional storage fees and from the Salesforce mobile application.

Combining SAP Analytics with Salesforce.com provides a critical component to any company’s sales strategy, pipleline development, account management or KPI evaluation that does not exist with standard Salesforce reporting and analysis. It provides a holistic view of a company’s sales performance, but is flexible enough to drill down to a detailed view when needed.
