BrandMaker Releases Marketing Efficiency Cloud v5.8 to Bridge the Gap Between Marketing and Sales

New version of the BrandMaker Marketing Efficiency Cloud now available

July 22, 2021 09:00 AM ATLANTA & KARLSRUHE, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BrandMaker, a leading provider of Marketing Resource Management (MRM) systems, has released version 5.8 of its Marketing Efficiency Cloud. This new version offers several new functionalities, including integration with customer relationship management (CRM) leader Salesforce, increased automation for local area marketing, and a variant of the BrandMaker Media Pool for use on mobile devices. The goal of version 5.8 is to further reduce the gap between marketing and sales functions in enterprise companies.

One of the most important innovations of the new version is the link to Salesforce, the globally leading system for CRM. With this integration Salesforce users can immediately find and directly access marketing material most relevant to their prospects, shortening the sales process and directly supporting sales success. The profile and interests of a customer are matched against the metadata of the available media. Sales staff can access all relevant media directly from Salesforce and provide them directly to their customers, ensured that they have the most current version of approved materials.

Another highlight of the Marketing Efficiency Cloud v5.8 is a variant of the BrandMaker Media Pool for use on mobile devices. The new Media Pool Mobile component was specifically designed by BrandMaker to be used at the point of sale in field sales, at trade fairs, and during consultations. During a sales presentation or consultation, users can individually select advertising material and product information from Digital Asset Management, demonstrate it live, and immediately forward it digitally to the customer. The use of any given media format, even from large libraries, not only allows a more targeted customer approach with relevant content, but also the precise tracking of how the customer processes the information given to them.

BrandMaker has also added functionality to its Web-to-Publish technology in v5.8, directly improving sales support through locally adapted marketing material with predefined content and layouts. Web-to-Publish helps to localize centrally developed advertising material by exchanging addresses, products, or sales prices in local newsletters, flyers, or advertisements. With version 5.8 of the Marketing Efficiency Cloud, marketing staff can now centrally define content and layout for specific regions. This increases the degree of automation and significantly accelerates the speed at which the required materials become available in Local Area Marketing.
