Avtex Hires Chief Client Officer

Gibson brings significant experience to Avtex’s Client Services

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Avtex, a provider of integrated interaction solutions, announced today that they have hired a Chief Client Officer to lead their client services organization. Bryce Gibson will be leading the Client Services evolution.

Before joining Avtex, Gibson was Vice President, Client Services at Kroll Ontrack where he held a number of leadership assignments including his most recent providing strategic leadership for more than 220 service and delivery professionals associated with the company’s eDiscovery business line in the North America and Asia/Pacific regions. Prior to this role, he had responsibility for developing and leading client services in organizations focused on computer forensics and revenue management forecasting and optimization systems.

Gibson earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. He is a graduate of the Minnesota Executive Program at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
