Atento named a Leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for second year in a row

The research and advisory firm places Atento among the leaders of its prestigious Magic Quadrant for Customer Management Contact Center BPO

- Evaluation based on completeness of vision and ability to execute

NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Atento S.A. (NYSE: ATTO ), the largest provider of customer relationship management and business process outsourcing (CRM BPO) services in Latin America and Spain, has been placed in the "Leaders" quadrant of Gartner's annual Magic Quadrant for Customer Management Contact Center BPO, written by TJ Singh and Brian Manusama. This is the second consecutive year that Atento has attained this placement.

Leaders also have superior investments in innovative service offerings, business/pricing models and service delivery models.
