Wizdom Link Launches New Forensic Marketing Automation Practice

The newly expanded forensic team reflects Wizdom Link’s commitment to leading the edge in marketing automation solutions

SEATTLE, WA, January 22, 2015– Wizdom Link today announced the launch of their forensic marketing automation practice to create holistic customer experiences. The new forensic marketing group includes system implementation, optimization, forensic audits, enterprise integrations, forensic analysis, and training services. 

Forensic Marketing as practiced by Wizdom Link is the scientific process of analyzing the current state of an integrated marketing strategy and tools to determine what is broken or simply not achieving your planned results. It is not about selling more technology, but rather analyzing the systems, processes and integrations in place to identify areas for rapid improvement. The forensic team of experts utilizes the following: a proven methodology; extensive analytic skills; experience with ERP, CRM and marketing automation systems; familiarity with applied best practice processes; and understanding of customer buying cycle psychology.
