SLMA Radio Names the Most-Listened-to Radio Programs of 2014

January 7, 2022 - - Bellevue, WA - - The SLMA Radio Program, sponsored by the Sales Lead Management Association on the SLMA Channel, named the 14 most-listened-to shows for 2014.  James Obermayer, producer for SLMA Radio, said “Of the 70 shows broadcast in 2014, fourteen made the list of the most-listened-to shows with over 500 listeners. All of the shows are listed and can be accessed from the SLMA Radio site, iTunes, Stitcher for Android, our program guests’ sites, and from our blog  and for 30 days from the SLMA home page.”  

The shows, in order of the most downloaded and listened to, are:

  1. Why would you want to convert your audio podcast to video, and visa versa?   Guest: Yvonne Heiman, AskYvi.com.    
  2. Why is lead management a failure of so many companies?  Guest: Richard Brock, CEO, Lead Life Solutions. 
  3. How digital social advocacy changes political activism results.  Guest: Jim Anderson, President, Wholecrowd.    
  4. How to avoid CRM implementation failure!    Guest: Joe Scioscia, VP Sales, VAI.  
  5. The art of social selling and realty’s changing face of lead generation.  Guests: Wade Parry of Coldwell Banker and Shannon Belew, author of The Art of Social Selling. 
  6. Vaccinate your marketing team against social media overwhelm. Guest: Erika Goldwater, Director of Marketing, Annuitas. 
  7. Is selling in a cloud world better or worse for salespeople?  Guest: Ian Moyse, Sales Director, Workbooks.com
  8. The eight pillars of demand generation for revenue acceleration.  Guest: Russell Kern, President, The Kern Agency.

Each show’s popularity was measured based on download statistics; live listeners were not counted.  SLMA Radio is a program dedicated to subjects about sales lead management and sales lead generation.  As of December 31, 2014, there have been 243 program episodes and 50,782 replays. 

Producer Jim Obermayer further stated “The uniqueness of internet radio, and SLMA Radio in particular, is that our shows may be accessed from the SLMA Radio site after the broadcast, from our program guests’ sites (they download embedded players and links), from companies that help us syndicate the show from many sites worldwide, and finally, for subscribers to iTunes and Stitcher for Android.”

Commercial Opportunities on SLMA Radio and the SLMALive Network

There are commercial opportunities on SLMA Radio for companies that want to reach at-work listeners who are typically a profile of the SLMA membership.   These commercial opportunities can be as low as 20-35 cents per listener.
