Finally an Agency Willing to Eat its Own Dog Food - Infographic Review
Oct 12, 2021
Infographic Title: Top Ten Reasons to Hire a Full–Service Demand Generation Agency
Subtitle: Infographic for B2B Marketers
Published by/Authors: Spear Marketing
Gated: No
Highlights: It is refreshing to see a lead generation agency actually make an effort to generate their own leads. It has always amazed me to see agencies try and convince companies to hire them for lead generation and when you ask what they do to generate their own leads and they mumble and give you some cockamamie excuse why they don’t eat their own dog food.
Spear Marketing with this Infographic has the courage of their convictions.
We are publishing this because Spear Marketing has thought-through the issue of why agencies are needed more than ever before. It boils down to the issue that B2B companies don’t have the bandwidth, expertise, speed, honesty, lower cost (compared to multiple FTE) to do what an agency does.
SLMA Comments: We especially like issue Number 8 that says the clients has “One Throat to Choke” when it comes to managing the complexity of lead generation. There is simply too much technology to stay current on, too many new sources of leads, too many conflicting opinions and too many software programs to deal with for an inside staff to manage (except in the largest of companies).
While Spear Marketing created this piece, it solidly supports all lead generation agencies in the B2B space.
Why It’s Important:
"If Lead Generation is important to you, only an agency that specializes in Lead Generation can be current and ROI accountable for your budget and your forecast. Inside agencies often go stale and repetitious."
