November 4, 2021 Los Angeles, CA - - – James W. Obermayer, executive director of the Sales Lead Management Association (SLMA) today announced that Ronald P. Goodman has joined the SLMA as the Vice President of Business Development. “Mr. Goodman has a solid marketing background and will help us grow as we expand in the coming year,” Obermayer said, “Our services to the 2800 world-wide members are expanding and Ron will be crucial in helping us grow.”   Goodman is president of Goodman Marketing Communications which is located in San Jose, California and he will continue in that endeavor. 

As president of Goodman Marketing Communications, Ron has worked with Fortune companies for over twenty years. His extensive background in multiple disciplines spans diverse categories from wine marketing, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and semiconductors to construction equipment and insurance. Over the years he has led marketing and creative teams for both industrial and hi-tech companies.

Ron brings his multi-discipline expertise to the Sales Lead Marketing Association with the hope of evangelizing the benefits to companies of properly obtaining, maximizing and optimizing the potential of their sales leads. 

He has served as a board member and speaker for a number of professional organizations including Peninsula Marketing Association, Medical Marketing Association and Business Marketing Association. He is currently on the board of the Direct Marketing Association.
