This is a non-refundable application fee for this year's application to the SLMA College of Fellows.

The applicant must be sure that four things happen for them to be considered:

• You must send in a completed application.
• You must pay the $50 application fee.
• There must be five letters of support sent directly to the SLMA. See instructions below.
• All documents must arrive by the deadline, no exception.

Application Instructions

• Fill out the application found on the SLMA Site under the Section for "College of Fellows."
• Fill out the application using 12-point type.
• The application should be no more than three pages, single sided.
• No supplementary information will be considered.
• Send a photo with your application (jpg or png)
• Meet the deadline. The SLMA Fellows is an annual program. Applicants must send in application and criteria descriptions for 2013 on or before March 1, 2013. Those named as SLMA Fellows will be informed of their selection by April 1, 2013.
• Applications for 2014 will be taken from April 1, 2021 until March 1, 2014.
